At Lakhnavi Libaas, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We take great care to ensure that every unstitched suit meets our quality standards. However, in rare cases where an issue arises, we are happy to assist you in accordance with the policy outlined below.
We strongly recommend reviewing the product description and fabric details carefully before placing your order. Our team is always available to answer your questions prior to purchase.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Products are eligible for return or exchange only under the following conditions:
- Requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact
- The fabric must not be cut, stitched, altered, or damaged
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received
- Items purchased during sale, discount, or promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless received defective
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is mandatory
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, or altered after delivery
- Items purchased under clearance or final sale
- Gift cards and store credits
Exchange & Logistics Fee
To cover handling and courier costs, the following charges apply:
- A standard exchange fee of INR 200 is applicable
- This fee is waived if the item received is defective, damaged, or missing
- In case of a price difference for the replacement item, the balance amount will be charged or adjusted via store credit accordingly
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Order number
- Clear unboxing video
- Supporting photos
- Reason for return or exchange
Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps. Please ensure the product is packed securely with original tags and packaging intact.
Store Credit Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds
- All returned items must pass a quality inspection
- Upon successful inspection, a store credit will be issued
- Store credit is provided as a digital voucher valid for 5 months from the date of issue
- Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash
- Unused store credit will expire automatically after the validity period
Processing Timeline
- Inspection & approval: 5–7 business days
- Complete return or exchange process may take up to 15 business days, depending on stock availability and courier timelines
- Approved exchange orders are dispatched within 5 business days
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

Additional Notes
- Lakhnavi Libaas reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions
- Items damaged due to improper handling, wear, or misuse are not eligible for return or exchange
